Jim Curtis, the life coach and partner of Jennifer Aniston, is heading to Athens in late November, and it turns out he has deep Greek roots. His father and grandfather were both from Greece, with family ties to Athens and the island of Lemnos, and Curtis says he is proud of that heritage. In an interview with Giorgos Satsidis for Alpha TV, Curtis described how his father spent much of his youth in Greece before the family eventually relocated to Boston. While his mother's side carries French and Irish ancestry, he says the Greek side is the one he feels most connected to. Asked what draws him to Greek culture, he pointed to family and passion, the intensity with which Greeks experience their emotions and the centrality of family in everyday life. Curtis also spoke candidly about a serious health crisis he faced when a rare condition affected his spinal cord and left him unable to walk for a period. He credits that experience with giving him a deeper sense of humility and a clearer understanding of his purpose, which now centers on helping people navigate their most difficult moments. Today he works as a transformational coach and speaker, with past clients including Miranda Kerr and Julianne Hough. On his relationship with Aniston, Curtis said love came into his life at a point when he no longer felt the need to prove his worth through a partner, calling it a shift that changed everything. The two went public in the summer of 2025 after being photographed together in Mallorca. Curtis will appear at the Megaron Athens Concert Hall on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at 1 p.m. for a 90-minute interactive talk on self-awareness, personal beliefs, and the inner obstacles that block change. A Meet & Greet for 80 people will follow, with a signed copy of his book included in the additional ticket. #Greece #JenniferAniston #Athens
