HALC urges Rubio to intervene in Turkey-Libya deal

The Hellenic American Leadership Council has urged US Secretary of State Marco Rubio to take a clear public position against the Turkey-Libya maritime memorandum, arguing that Washington’s reluctance to address the disputed agreement’s legality risks undermining American energy investments, regional security and strategic interests in the Eastern Mediterranean.
