Kotsovolos acquires Romanian tech, electrical goods retailer Flanco

The PPC Group announced on Tuesday that its subsidiary, electrical and electronic goods retailer Kotsovolos, has signed an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of shares of Romanian technology and electrical goods retailer Flanco from its shareholders, Iulian Stanciu and Dragos Sirbu, for €35 million.
