Walking the fine line of appealing to both the center and the right, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis co-signed, with 21 other EU leaders, a letter to the presidents of the European Council, the European Commission, and the Irish Presidency of the Council, calling for an immediate and coordinated European response to the escalating situation in the Spanish exclave of Ceuta.
