New Turkish warning to mariners disputes Cypriot jurisdiction

Turkey issued a second warning to mariners, or Navtex, within a few hours Friday disputing the validity of a previous notice from Cypriot authorities ahead of planned seabed surveys for an undersea power link between Greece and Cyprus.
