Greek teen cannabis use hits 25-year high

Cannabis use among Greek teenagers has reached its highest level in 25 years, with 11.5% of 16-year-olds reporting use, according to new research by Greece’s National Documentation Center for the EU Drugs Agency, released as part of the European Drug Report 2026.
