Brussels examining Greek legislation following receipt of Kovesi letter

The European Commission has confirmed receipt of a letter sent Friday by European Chief Prosecutor Laura Kovesi, in which she said that recent Greek legislative and judicial decisions undermine the EPPO’s ability to operate effectively in Greece.
